Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining access to your account and for all activity under it.

Credits & Payments

• Credits are used to generate photos and are purchased via Stripe.
• Credit packs are one-time purchases unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• We may update pricing and packages over time.

User Content

You retain rights to the photos you upload and the results you generate. You confirm you have the right to upload the images you provide and to generate likeness-based outputs.

Prohibited Use

• Do not upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
• Do not attempt to abuse or reverse engineer the service.
• Do not use the service to impersonate others or commit fraud.

Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” and may be changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time. We do not guarantee that generated outputs will meet every expectation.
